We bought the 30 GB right after it came out and have not had a single problem. We use it daily with thousands of pictures, music and video files. We even bought software to put movies on it. I feel this is way better than the Zune that my friend has. The thumbwheel control took a day or so to get use to but is a breeze now. I highly recommended this
