I bought this 1 week ago for about 30 bucks. I figured it was going to be pretty low quality, but it's ridiculous how low the quality really is. When I'm on my laptop 3 feet away, with a clear path to the antenna, the wireless signal works about 1/4 of the time. It literally takes me 45 minutes to read 1 e-mail.

I have to post what my first impressions are with this unit. I don't need all of the functions of this router but I am impressed with the security it provides. I only use it for my home office. I am only using two computers, and have another one hooked up to it that I rarely use, and didn't need the 8 ports, but this is the only one with all of the extra security features. I believe this one blocks all the ports your computer isn't using, unlike the cheapies. This is one of the reasons I purchased the unit. I had a Linksys that failed in a year and the reviews...

As far as item 5.4 is concerned, without the ADDITIONAL DEDICATED fax line (which seems to be the differentiation between the Premium Residential and Premium Small Business plans) I don't see how Vonage could measure "normal use" of the Premium Unlimited Residential plan's service against the advertised "Unlimited local and long distance calling in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico" of that plan.
