My company has purchased over 600 Freedom chairs both with and without headrests. Some of these chairs were among the first Humanscale ever produced. The overall durability of these chairs is pathetic. The current product is much better, but on the older chairs we've had to do major repairs several times. I have a back that stiffens up in most beds & chairs. This chair with flex net is above and beyond the best chair I have sat in period. I like stiff seats...VW is the only car that works. The solid back feels good on my lumbar. Net seat is firm and holds coxus well.
